This August, the annual Cowboy After Hours event returned for a consecutive year, being presented by the Redland Foundation. Cowboy After Hours is a fundraising event that benefits the children of Douglas County 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) programs as they show their animals in the Junior Livestock Auction. Proceeds are used to bid and add-on to animals presented in the auction. Kids will use these earnings to help raise more livestock or save for school.
This year, Cowboy After Hours raised $35,000 for the cause; it would not be possible without the generous donations of our sponsors (see below). Thanks to them, these young entrepreneurs were able to have a successful show and continue doing what they love. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for next year’s event please visit HERE.
